Mr Sullivan, a recent donor and long standing supporter of the Foundation talks about his background and how he came to the decision to create a named Fund with Essex Community Foundation. He also talks about how he has been able to take advantage of the Grassroots Grants Endowment Match Challenge to almost double the value of his gift and thereby enhance the benefit to small voluntary and communiity groups in Essex.
