#iwill is a UK-wide campaign that aims to make social action part of life for as many 10 to 20 year-olds as possible by the year 2020.
Step Up To Serve, Big Lottery Fund and the Government Office for Civil Society have invested £2million this year to fund groups delivering youth social action opportunities.
ECF will be awarding grants across Essex and is pleased to be working with the Office of Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (OPFCC), which has provided match-funding.
Grants of £1,000 - £5,000 are available from the Fund for Essex projects that have up to one year’s duration of working with young people aged 10 to 20 years old, or 25 for disabled young people.
The #iwill Fund looks to support activities that create opportunities for young people to develop their character, build skills and their capacity to significantly contribute to their community.
The #iwill Fund has specific criteria, which can be found here. This details what projects must demonstate to be eligible.
Accessing grants from this specific Fund requires you to complete a seperate application form. This can be accessed: here.
