General Programme ECF can support many aspects of your work including: running costs, salary costs, capital equipment or specific project costs. These funds are available throughout the year, there are no deadlines so you can apply at any time. Our general funds can support one off or continuing work and you can apply up to £10,000 (over one year) by using the online application form.
Earls Hall Farm Community Benefit Fund supports community and voluntary organisations in Tendring. The panel is particularly interested in supporting voluntary organisations needing small grants to enable them to make a big difference in their community. The deadline date for applications is 28 April.
Turncole Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund supports community and voluntary organisations in Southminster and Burnham-on-Crouch whose social, environmental and educational projects will benefit local people. The deadline date for applications is 12 May.

Youth Social Action Fund supports voluntary and community organisations in Harlow who offer activities which seek to engage young people in their community and increase their learning and understanding of local issues. Applications will be accepted throughout the year and the first grants will be awarded in April 2017. This Fund has specific criteria and its own application form which can be found here.
Firebird Fund supports those with Mental Health issues in Southend and South East Essex. This round the panel have a strong preference to support individuals and ideally applicants should receive support from a relevant mental health organisation or agency. Please contact the grants team in the first instance to discuss your application and to request the specific application form for this Fund. The deadline for applications is 12 April.
Comic Relief Community Cash supports locally-based groups who are rooted in their communities and are undertaking work that helps people of all ages feel more included, builds skills and increase their sense of achievement. Grant applications of £500-£1,000 are now being accepted from small organisations that are doing great work to help local people living tough lives. There is specific criteria and a separate application form for this Fund which can be found here. The deadline date for applications is 5 May.
