The Tampon Tax Community Fund, which is being managed locally by Essex Community Foundation (ECF), was set up by the Government and receives money generated from the VAT on sanitary products.
The Fund aims to support projects which make a difference to the lives and happiness of women and girls in Essex by raising aspirations, building confidence and improving their health and well-being.

• Helping women and girls to build skills and confidence
• Improving their health and well-being
