                                    7The voluntary and community sector is at a turning point. The decisions made today on health, care, and local government will shape our county for a generation. This is not a time to stand back; it is a time to lead.In the coming year, we will work with strategic partners to run events that not only respond to today%u2019s challenges but also lay the A meeting of the members of the Devolution and Local Government Reorganisation Roundtable.Now is the time for us to position ourselves within the narrative of change. As a voluntary sector leader, we share a collective responsibility to serve as a rallying point, inviting others to join us in shaping a thriving, connected, and communityled Essex.
