Helping people achieve their full potentialWe have a small number of the charitable funds that support individuals where finance is the barrier to them achieving their full potential or where they need help to overcome hardships. Wherever possible, we work in partnership with charities, schools and other organisations to identify those who may benefit from support. This year we gave grants totalling %u00a3153,629 to 142 people. These grants have helped with the cost of education or training in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) subjects, the arts, or sports. Additionally, they have provided opportunities to learn new skills and given support to those experiencing financial hardships, physical or mental health issues.
