We’re recruiting for two exciting new roles within our Grants Team. Whether you’re an experienced administrator or have strong analytical skills and a passion for supporting the voluntary sector, you’ll help ensure funding reaches the charities and community organisations improving lives across Essex.
Every year at Essex Community Foundation, we work with donors, charities and community organisations across Essex to ensure funding reaches where it can have the greatest impact. Through our grantmaking, we help local organisations respond to community needs, create opportunities and improve lives. By joining our Grants Team, you’ll play a key role in connecting funding with the organisations making a difference across our county.
Current Vacancies
Salary: £28,322 (Salary Band C1)
Assess grant applications, work closely with charities and community groups, prepare funding recommendations, and support donors and trustees to make fair, informed and impactful funding decisions.
Salary: £25,669 (Salary Band B1)
Provide essential administrative support to our grantmaking programme, acting as a key point of contact for applicants, visitors and community organisations. You’ll manage enquiries, maintain accurate records, support our Foundation Hub and help keep our grantmaking processes running smoothly.
