Are you passionate about supporting local communities and helping charities make a lasting difference? Join Essex Community Foundation and play a key role in ensuring funding reaches the organisations making a real difference across Essex.
We’re currently recruiting for two exciting roles within our Grants Team.
Grants Assessor
Help assess grant applications, work closely with charities and community groups, prepare funding recommendations, and support donors and trustees to deliver fair, effective and impactful grantmaking. This role is ideal for someone with excellent analytical, communication and assessment skills who enjoys building relationships and making informed decisions.
Salary Band: C1 £28,322
Grants Administrator
Provide essential administrative support to our grantmaking programme, acting as a key point of contact for applicants, visitors and community organisations. You’ll help manage enquiries, maintain accurate records, support our Foundation Hub and keep our grantmaking processes running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, customer focused and enjoys coordinating multiple priorities.
Salary Band:B1 £25,669
