Our Team
We have a small team of dedicated professionals who are supported by volunteers and freelance grants assessors, who regularly give their time to help us in various aspects of our work.
Our trustees, including a company secretary, ensure that we operate within good governance parameters and work with the chief executive to set the strategic direction of the organisation.
Our patron and vice-presidents support us in all aspects of our work and promote us to wider audiences as appropriate.
Our Diversity
Our board of Trustees and staff team have a broad range of skills and experience and we are committed to increase our diversity so that we can benefit from a range of social backgrounds, skills, and experience. As an example, we recently participated in the Transform Programme, delivered by the charity, Getting on Board, which helps charities take positive action to diversify their Board through open Trustee recruitment and inclusive board culture.
