Gift Aid Declaration

This page will allow you to submit a Gift Aid declaration online, allowing us to boost your donation by 25 pence for every £1 that you donate.

Along with the information you submit in the form we will receive the following declaration. Please ensure that you are comfortable with the declaration before submitting your form.
