AGM Information for Members

Members of Essex Community Foundation (ECF), are eligible to vote on resolutions put foward at our Annual General Meeting (AGM).

As advised, our 29th AGM will be held on 13 November 2025 at Little Channels, Pratts Farm Lane West, Little Waltham, Chelmsford, Essex, CM3 3PR from 6.30pm.

The items being put to the Members are as follows:

• Agenda Item 2: Minutes of the Meeting held on 20 November 2024
• Agenda Item 4: Annual Report and Financial Statements 2025
• Agenda Item 5: Election of Trustees  
• Agenda Item 6: Appointment of Auditors – ECF Board of Trustees propose that our current Auditors, HaysMac LLP, who are willing to be retained, are re-appointed as Auditors for the coming financial year

Please read the above paperwork in advance of the meeting.  To help reduce paper wastage copies will not be available on the night. If you have not already done so, please confirm your attendance as soon as possible by e-mailing Jo Macaulay via events@essexcf.org.uk.

If you cannot attend, please vote by Proxy:
If you cannot attend the meeting, you can submit your vote on the resolutions by clicking on the Vote by Proxy link below.  To be valid, this form must be submitted no later than 5pm on Tuesday 11 November 2025.
